By using the ELC website or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Website & Content

Program information may change from time to time. All ELC content, including the MPWRD Framework, learning materials, activities, workbooks, original videos and digital resources, remains the intellectual property of Empowerd Leadership Coaching.

Use of Materials

Program materials and digital resources are provided for the registered participant or purchasing organisation only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced or commercially delivered without written permission.

Corporate and Individual Engagements

Separate signed agreements for all engagements take precedence where applicable.

Photography & Recording

ELC may photograph or record programs with appropriate notice. Participants may not record sessions without prior permission.

Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional learning experiences, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program, where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
