At Empowerd Leadership Coaching (ELC), we invest significant time and care into designing every program. Please review the program details before registering.

Cancellations & Refunds

Registrations are generally non-refundable once payment has been received, as each program involves personalised preparation, limited participant spaces and learning resources.

If Your Plans Change

If you're unable to attend, contact us as early as possible. Where feasible, ELC may offer a transfer to another participant from your organization or contacts, a future cohort, a recording (where available), or another suitable option.

If We Need to Reschedule

If ELC postpones or cancels a program, we'll offer an alternative date, program credit or another appropriate solution.

Custom Programs

Custom corporate and individual engagements are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement.
